Sadie Higgins is a speaker, writer, and music-wellness educator who explores how sound shapes emotional regulation, resilience, and human connection.
Her work lives at the intersection of neuroscience, lived experience, and music as a practical tool for emotional transformation—not as performance, but as daily regulation and healing.
Sadie’s perspective is deeply personal. After navigating major life disruption within her family—including her husband’s brain cancer diagnosis—she turned to music not just as expression, but as a structured way to process fear, stabilize emotion, and create moments of joy and grounding inside uncertainty. What began as personal survival became a repeatable method for emotional recalibration.
She now teaches audiences how to use music intentionally to shift internal states—moving from overwhelm into clarity, from disconnection into presence, and from emotional noise into regulation.
Her talks blend storytelling with practical application, giving audiences both emotional resonance and immediately usable tools.
